I offer on-location yoga sessions (30 or 60 minutes) tailored to your group’s needs. Each session includes guided meditation, breathwork, and clear instructions for the asanas (physical postures). Yoga calms the mind, nourishes the body, and promotes inner peace. Everyone can do yoga because you meet your body where you are at. I’m a certified RYT200 (Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hour training) with over 500 hours of teaching experience. I owned a yoga studio from 2019-2021 where I taught Hatha & Yin Yoga. To this day, yoga remains an essential part of my personal wellness practice.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga (“ha”=sun, “tha”=moon) is the most common form of yoga. This class blends standing and seated postures held for 3-5 breaths, with a focus on breath flow and spinal alignment so energy moves freely. Includes guided meditation, intention setting, and familiar poses such as Down Dog, Child’s Pose, Warrior II. A stress-reducing session created for all levels of experience.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slower paced, gentle practice with all seated/on the ground positions held for 3-5minutes. This style of yoga targets the connective tissues; ligaments, bones, and joints, with a focus on the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets support longer holds for deeper stretching and meditation. Benefits include increased range of motion, relaxation, patience, and learning to let go.
